NetComm & Kasual Computing Transition

As you are aware, the technology industry is constantly evolving , and so are technology companies.
NetComm Solutions, Inc. recently reached an agreement to transition the small business services segment
of our company to Kasual Computing in Camp Hill, effective January 3rd, 2012.

Kasual Computing is focused on small and medium
businesses and has a long history of providing superior technologies and services to organizations in
