xRM

One of the many tools that SotirIS utilizes in assisting with knowledge management are xRM systems. xRM is the next generation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management).  These systems allow you to keep track of anything from customers, clients, vendors to employees, members, event attendees and associated information.  A big benefit of implementing an xRM system is, it provides a company with a centralized easy to access repository of company information. xRM systems provide the ability to track e-mail messages, create custom workflows to automate processes and increase productivity, siftt through information easily by creating custom "advanced finds".  Another powerful feature of a xRM system is the ability to create a knowledge base in the system and share information quickly and efficiently across the company.

When SotirIS approaches an xRM project our certified and professional team members sit down with members of the organization and talk to them.  SotirIS wants to get an understanding of that client's business processes, workflows, and what information and data is important to them.  Once we have an idea of that clients current practices we take that information back to our office and start working on a design.  Through the design process we work closely with the client to get feedback and get them acclimated to the design.  After we have the design in place, SotirIS works to create workflows, reports, and additional customizations to help stream line information sharing and increase efficiency.
